Dr. Meghal Antani, MD, FSIR
Dr. Meghal Antani, MD, FSIR is the Medical Director of VidaVascular. He is a Board Certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist, with over 20 years of experience in minimally invasive interventional procedures. He has performed over 15,000 vein and endovascular procedures, and he trains other physicians in the skills needed to successfully perform these complex procedures.
Dr. Antani is an elected fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the primary professional society for interventional radiologists in the United States. Election as a fellow is one of the SIR’s most distinguished honors and is the direct result of recognition by one’s peers along with excellence in research and published works, teaching, and leadership in the field.

Physician Assistant
Ernest Bonsu, DMSc, MSc, PA-C
Ernest Bonsu, DMSc, MSc, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with advanced training in clinical medicine and biomedical sciences. He earned his Doctor of Medical Science degree from the University of Lynchburg and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University. He also holds a Master of Science in Microbiology from Long Island University, with additional doctoral-level training at the University of Delaware.
Certified by the NCCPA and licensed in Maryland, Ernest Bonsu maintains ACLS, BLS, and ATLS certifications. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered, compassionate care and is well-prepared for the procedural and clinical demands of an interventional vein practice.
